Digital Marketing Executive

As a digital marketing executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website. Your role is essential in helping us achieve our business objectives and reach our target audience effectively.

Your role
- Create and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilising different digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs.
- Collaborate with other teams (like content, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Optimise website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
Your tasks
- Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing.
- Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.
Your profile
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience with graphic design and content production.
- Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
- Certifications in Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language.

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities
· Define annual targets, strategies and activities together with Sales Director.
· Meet annual Sales / Business targets
· Recruit and Develop Sales team that is productive and efficient to cover the entire assigned region.
· Establish productive, professional relationships with customers in assigned regions.
· Maintain old accounts and develop new customers
· Track and report all Sales activities
· Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
· Develop profitable business model based on market trends and the competitor activity.
· Identify business opportunities in assigned regions.
· Organization introduction/ Product presentations to customers.
· Ensure that Sales team members are up to date with product information, including new products and features.
· Manage potential conflicts between customers within the assigned region.
· Work according to Organizational processes and tools at the local markets (ERP / CRM, Quotation Tools etc).
· Coordinate and Connect Organization’s Technical Team to the customers for better and quick services.
· Make Sales / Business projections on Quarterly basis
· Discuss and agree upon Marketing activities plan for the assigned region and execution
