Introduction
The GSF 8364 is a robust cellular device built on an industrial 32-bit CPU and an embedded Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) to deliver consistent, high-speed performance. Its core function is to connect a local network of serial, Ethernet, and WiFi devices to a public LTE/WCDMA cellular network for primary or backup data transmission. The gateway is ideally suited for demanding M2M fields such as intelligent transportation, smart grid, industrial automation, finance, and other applications where reliability and advanced features are paramount.
From a technical standpoint, the GSF 8364 distinguishes itself with expanded interface options, including four dedicated LAN ports and one configurable WAN/LAN port. It features standard Dual SIM support for link redundancy and carrier diversity. The software is equally advanced, offering extensive VPN server and client capabilities, a full suite of routing and security protocols, and specialized low-consumption modes. This combination of hardware and software makes it a highly capable and secure solution for complex remote networking challenges.
