IESMG 3040 A75 Series is a specialized Industrial Grade Managed Gigabit Ethernet Switch designed for precision edge-connectivity and machine-cell integration. It serves as a high-performance point-of-presence (PoP) in localized cabinet deployments, providing four copper gigabit ports that ensure extremely fast, fault-tolerant data transmission for high-bandwidth industrial applications where latency and reliability cannot be compromised.
To ensure continuous operation in the event of link or equipment failure, the series incorporates carrier-grade redundancy protocols, including ITU-T G.8032 ERPS Rings, RSTP, and MRP (Client) functionality. These software protections are bolstered by a dual-redundant power system that provides a robust defense against electrical interruptions, effectively eliminating single points of failure within the power distribution architecture.
Physical durability is engineered into the core of the IESMG 3040 A75, which features an IP30 aluminum housing capable of operating in a wide temperature envelope from -20°C to 70°C. The hardware design includes a dual terminal block interface for power redundancy and two relay outputs, allowing architects to bridge the gap between network health monitoring and physical SCADA or PLC-based alarm systems.
